At Aestetic Skincare, we use products and devices whose effectiveness was proven by countless clinical studies. Treatment results may vary, depending on the client's health, compliance with the clinic's post-treatment recommendations and various individual factors. Therefore, each of our customers receives a "tailor-made" treatment program according to their individual needs in order to achieve the best results for the customer in both product purchases and treatment courses.
1. Information for new customers
When booking an appointment for all treatments, we ask you to provide: Full name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Cancellation policy
You can cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours before via online booking or SMS, tel. 50 41 56 16.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations via phone call, e-mail, or facebook. If you have not canceled an appointment via our online booking system or via SMS, or have canceled too late, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, the clinic charges the no-show fee 50% of the price of the ordered treatment.
Unfortunately, we have some experience with individual customers who book several appointments for the same treatment, as they do not know when they can come. Therefore we will have to delete such bookings from the system as we value our time and the time of other customers.
3. Influenza
When you have symptoms of flu, you should stay at home, both because you need it and so that you don't infect others. Drink plenty of fluids - warm drinks can soothe a sore throat.
4. Payment options
Accepts payment cards. Here it is also possible to pay with Mobilpay or cash.
5. Gift card
Gift cards purchased in the clinic are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, but it can be exchanged for products.
Lost gift cards cannot be recovered.
Cutting board
6. The cutting card is valid for the period specified in the online booking and cannot be used for a longer period of time.
Come in good time
It is a good idea to arrive five minutes before your treatment.
7. Children
We ask that you do not bring small children to the clinic, as we value the peace and quiet of our customers during treatment.
